About My Class

Reach for the Barre is the perfect combination of ballet inspired moves, Pilates, and body conditioning. During the class, you will focus on high reps of small-range movements to give your body a full workout. There are no restrictions or limitations with a Barre class – you can push yourself to your limits or apply modifications to each exercise to suit your individual strengths.

Each class will include short, choreographed routines set to upbeat music, so you will have fun whilst working your body through some floorwork, centre work, and a variety of exercises at the barre. You will leave the class feeling stronger, energised, and most importantly, smiling!
