No previous experience is required. Your instructor will demonstrate and talk you through every exercise. Corrections will be provided throughout and your alignment may be adjusted slightly to ensure positioning is correct to prevent injury.

2-2-1 Personal Training Sessions
2-2-1 training sessions allow you to train with a friend, partner, relative and incorporate some healthy competition between the two of you, whilst still keeping it fun. The private sessions will be tailored to yourselves, focusing on whatever areas you chose, to ensure you get the maximum benefits from the class. 2-2-1 sessions will keep you both motivated, and push yourselves further than you believed you could, whilst still receiving your trainers full devotion and dedication.

Some of My Commonly Asked Questions
Barre is perfect to gradually build upon your strength one step at a time, and will in turn, naturally improve your flexibility. Modifications will be provided, so you can carry out basic exercise, or we can incorporate equipment to make the exercise more challenging, you can go at your own pace!
Following any injury, we would always advise speaking to your GP or Physio before attending a barre class to ensure it is safe fo you to do so.
Exercises may be provided as part of your recovery, which you can discuss with your instructor and they can incorporate that within the class.
At Reach For The Barre, we pride ourselves on creating a friendly and comfortable environment where everyone is made to feel confident within their own skin. Everyone is welcome and you will be made to feel like the shining star you are!

If you can't make the block of consecutive classes, you can pay as you go. If you would like to book multiple classes in advance, speak to your instructor and you can get booked on to your requested dates so that you are guaranteed a space.
If you are unable to attend your barre class, please cancel at your earliest convenience. If you do not cancel twenty four hours prior to your class, you will still be charged.
We enforce this policy to allow anyone on the waiting list the opportunity to take your spot.
